Summer Schedule

Satellite Orchestra Camp: 6/2 - 6/6/25, 9am - 12 pm
The premier orchestra camp of Brevard County, right after the school year lets out. This camp offers several levels of orchestra performance, including Elementary Orchestra, Middle School Orchestra, High School Chamber Orchestra, and Symphonic Orchestra, with a comprehensive Camp Concert on Friday, 6/6.

Leadership Training: 6/16 - 6/17/25, 9am - 12pm
Mandatory training for new and returning leadership members. This will include strategies for conflict management, culture building, and leadership fundamentals. All leadership should attend.

New Member Orientation: 6/18 - 6/19/25, 9am - 12pm
Strongly suggested camp to introduce incoming freshmen/other new members to the fundamentals of marching band at Satellite High School. This camp includes meeting other new members, members of leadership, band staff, as well as an introduction to marching fundamentals. Bring water, athletic clothes/shoes, and a great attitude!

Full Band Camp: 7/21 - 7/25 and 7/28 - 8/1/25, 9am - 5pm
The camp where the full Scorpion Sound begins their season, learning music and visual fundamentals to perform the same way at a high level together. This camp is where the marching show also begins its initial production. Bring lunch, water, athletic clothes/shoes, and a great attitude!
